Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you fix it.

 

Returns window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (when possible).

 

How to start a return

Email returns@zcasupply.com with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you’d like to return

- A short reason for the return

- Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

 

We’ll reply with next steps and, if approved, return instructions.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@zcasupply.com with photos of:

- The item

- The packaging (including the shipping label if possible)

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

- Processing time: typically 3–10 business days (banks may take additional time to post the refund)

 

Return shipping costs

- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we’ll cover return shipping.

- For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including (when applicable):

- Opened personal-use items

- Items marked Final Sale

- Gift cards

If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll confirm before you ship anything back.

 

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges in all cases. The fastest option is usually:

  1. Return the item (if eligible), then

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

If the item is damaged/defective, we can often replace it without requiring a new order—just email returns@zcasupply.com.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email orders@zcasupply.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can still help with a return (if eligible).
