Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and want something specific, contact us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days depending on the item and your location. Some products ship faster, some take a little longer if they come from a partner warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the items in your cart and your delivery location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions first — then message us and we’ll help.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items ship from different locations, so they can arrive separately. Don’t worry — if your order says “delivered” but you only received part of it, the rest is likely close behind.
Product Info
Are your products brand-name?
We focus mostly on unbranded or non-branded products that deliver strong value. If something is branded, it will be clearly listed as such.
Do your electronics come with instructions?
Most do. If a product doesn’t include printed instructions, we’ll provide a quick guide or support if you reach out.
Do you test products?
We do quality checks where possible and we work with suppliers that have consistent standards. That said, with online retail, occasionally something slips through — and if it does, we’ll make it right.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
What items can’t be returned?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on certain items once opened (example: some personal care items, filters, or hygiene-related products). If a product is non-returnable, we’ll note it on the product page.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received/approved. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods offered at checkout (credit/debit cards, and other options Shopify supports like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay when available).
Is checkout secure?
Yes — Shopify uses encrypted, secure checkout to protect your payment information.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Contact us ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, we can usually update it. If it’s already shipped, we’ll help you with next steps, but changes aren’t guaranteed.
